KT offers a unique menu of services designed to ease the internal workflow for various construction professionals.  This menu targets initiatives that may not need a full time employee, but require the skill and knowledge of a seasoned professional.  We are a unique enterprise and our services can be provided on a short or long term basis.

Lead Generation:
KT will research your lists or lead services, such as Industrial Info, Dodge Reports®, Bid Clerk™ or Bluebook®, to identify and pre-qualify prospects for your sales people.  We provide comprehensive follow up on bids, customer service calls, new lead pre-qualification, cold calls, specification replacement and lunch and learn sessions.

We partner directly with your sales team and follow up on all provided leads until they are sold or lost respectively.  We will help you do business more effectively as we are dedicated to providing full and complete coverage on an on-going or per project basis.  We can partner with your outside sales reps to increase their coverage and allow them to further company relationships. 

Call Center
KT is available to assist you with any call center activities that you may require.  With our in depth knowledge of the construction industry, we can speak very intelligently to assist you in determining your product penetration,  performing customer service calls, requests for meetings/inquiries, increasing seminar attendance, promoting parts and service sales, updating subcontractor or vendor databases, etc.   

Database Cleansing KT will review your database, regardless of size or condition, and verify data integrity via web searching and telephone inquiry.  We can assist you in any changes that may be required as you begin to determine the sensitivity and accuracy of your database. We understand the sensitivity of company data and work to ensure that your data remains exclusively yours.   How it’s done KTCS is located in Baltimore, MD where we hire skilled phone and database employees.  KT employees are full time and work on and off the local premises with two computer screens and a dedicated phone line.  We track our clients through our intricate NEC phone system that allows us a seamless communication between our clients and their potential customers.

When we call, we call as you! 
Each of our clients is given a dedicated 800 number that we leave with their prospects when we call on their behalf.  When prospects return our calls, caller ID states the clients name (as associated by the dedicated 800 #) and we answer the phone accordingly.  There is no question that we are not you!

What you pay…
KTCS does not require annual contracts.  We provide several options, including a month to month pay schedule.  Discounts are available for longer contract terms. For on-going projects we charge a flat monthly fee determined by the volume of prospects/projects and the geography we are covering.  We diligently track hours and cost for each and every project we cover. For single project accounts, you will be quoted a flat fee. We offer flexible payment plans!
