How We Came About

KT Construction Services, Inc. was formed by Kristin Tucker when she uncovered a disparity in usage versus cost of construction data purchased by the professionals she represented as a salesperson for McGraw-Hill Construction (formerly F. W Dodge.)   The majority of companies needed to be able to track the industry from either the planning or bidding stage, obtain and hold the spec, or find the most profitable projects to bid on.  Typically, a lead service was purchased with good intention to research, identify and pursue those opportunities. However, once a service was purchased, many factors seemed to interfere with the good intentions of usage.  The reasons spanned from a lack of resources or people to assign to the task, time to use it effectively or lack of web savvy users.  Thus, the investment was wasted in both time and money.

What We Do…

KT offers a unique menu of services designed to ease the internal workflow for various construction professionals.  This menu targets initiatives that may not need a full time employee, but require the skill and knowledge of a seasoned professional.  We are a unique enterprise and our services can be provided on a short or long term basis.  Typically, our contracts are on a month to month term as we know that we can prove our worth to your company. We look forward to the opportunity to evaluate and make recommendations to streamline your sales process or make your bid process more efficient.
